Objective:
Over the 3 days of training, participants will familiarise and/or improve their knowledge on:

What are and how do they function the FIDIC Conditions of Contract
Types of Conditions of Contract
Contractual documents and correlation with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract
Administration of a FIDIC Contract;
Claims, disputes and Adjudication.

Target group:
Delegates to this course should have a basic knowledge of the 1999 FIDIC Contract Conditions, but who are wishing to learn the details of practical application of the Contracts in varied situations.
